Back from GYL camp...

simply not like a camp but a resort...

enjoying life in Malaysia while learning...

certainly grow fatter after all the buffets...

Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner...

pampering us with all kinds of delicious food...

simply have fun throughout this 4 days in Malaysia...

making new friends, learning new things..etc

Great to be in this group called BARNEY...=)

have lots of fun with them and know some secrets too...hahas

learnt a lots of things from one another...


A leader is a follower
A follower is also a leader
No one is born to be a leader
but we can learn to be one
A leader do not just lead but also must listen...
there will be no leader in the team if there is no followers...
A leader must be efficient and competent in the things they do...

Being a leader is not an easy task and it is also not a difficult task...
its about taking the first step to act as one...
this is something that I still do not possess of...
still have different areas to build up from to become a true leader...


TO LEAD TO EXCEL TO OVERCOME


we may be different from others in the way of thinking in the team but so long as we share the common goals, we can lead as a team for success...


No one care about the process of reaching the destination so long as we achieve the goals that we want...
